When asked what could be made gluten free, I was told some certain noodle dishes. I chose the 53, and was brought undressed, plain noodles with protein and veggies. Literally no sauce or spice or seasoning. When I asked, they said “oh well the sauce they use isn’t gluten free, so we just left it off.” It was really disappointing to not even be alerted that was the case. That is not gluten free, that is sauce-less noodles. When I let them know, they offered to make me something else gluten free. And then charged me for both dishes, despite taking the first dish back. So disappointing.
