Absolutely the best Thai in Appleton, hands down. Family run so they care about the product. Like many area restaurants, they are understaffed so plan a good 90 minutes for a meal. But it’s totally worth it. The are also great with Gluten allergies.

I don't normally review places but this is my go to place for date night. To-go or dine-in, the yellow curry with beef is sooo good and my top recommendation (and I can get it gluten free). You can pick spice level 1-10
10/10 would reccomend. Literally, for a while I was going at least once a week.
