I thought there would be more gluten free dishes. I guess they use fillers? I wish there was more options

I can't get past the hot ocean. I love spicy, and when I asked for spicy times 10, when their scale is 1 to 5, I got exactly what I asked for. I was not disappointed! Warning, ☆☆☆Don't do this unless you are serious about spicy!☆☆☆ I now ask for 9. My wife has a problem with gluten and has no worries about eating here. They have a great selection of gluten free options for her as well. The service was as good as the food. We will keep coming back for more!
