Thai Little Home

I was really excited to try this spot after seeing several recommendations on Reddit & Yelp as “the best Thai food in Vancouver.” Unfortunately the food was very bland & sweet. Even after ordering at the highest spice level, we couldn’t taste any spice. This was true across all dishes. The plating/presentation was good, but I’d rate this Thai food as below average / average. It’s fine if it’s not spicy, but the bigger issue is that it’s sweet. For what you’re getting it’s overpriced unfortunately. The pros: incredibly friendly to dietary restrictions and extensive menu options. They are able to cater to gluten-free, vegan, etc, and more. The menu is very long, with more curries like sweet mango red curry, avocado green curry, and some interesting set dishes. Overall, I would not come back. If I had to order again, I would probably order takeout for the noodles & add some spice at home. I much preferred the noodles to the curry/soup (very sweet).

Food is really good every time and they make gluten free for me.
