Thai Me Up

This is a fast casual/to go restaurant that seems to be geared for Americans. There are a myriad of options; such as Thai or American style, vegan, gluten-free, etc., There were no Thai folks working and the dishes were tasty but not traditional. Heat levels were low compared to real Thai restaurants, and they did not use fresh chilies, which would require more skill from a real Thai chef.. We were looking for a sit down restaurant but were served in paper bowls, not really what we were after. I think most local folks would be happy, but this restaurant is adapted to local tastes rather than focused on being a real Thai restaurant. It was fast and tasty, but definitely not a true Thai restaurant experience - maybe exactly what you’re looking . I recommend it for takeout, but not for Thai folks or people who have a real passion for traditional Thai food.

This has quickly become one of my and my daughter's favorite dinner options. Almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free, which is a huge plus! The owners are extremely nice and attentive. Food is made to order and comes out hot and fresh. Well worth the wait. 10/10 recommend.
