I like their food and because of my health issues they’re an ideal place for me to find gluten free and dairy food that I can find in our area. Today I called them at 20.15 to order dinner and they told me they were closing and that they won’t take any orders. It says they close at 21.00 so I thought that would be enough time to make a small order. I called them again in a few minutes later to explain that I have health issues and they’re the only place I could get food from and that it was a small order. The second person I talked to was not nice to me at all and it really upset me. They didn’t even try to help me by asking the chef if that was possible. Food service and industry is something that requires sensitivity and understanding, not see their guests as customers but as their guests. Yes the food is good, but maybe have employees with better attitude and understanding.
