One of the best restaurants in Southern Illinois. Staff & management are extremely reliable, communicative, and caring. The food and atmosphere have always been great, but in recent history, they've really moved it up several notches—the new interior is beautiful and hip, dare I say romantic. Weekly specials keep the menu lively, and they are always ready to accommodate my gluten allergy. An excellent, bright spot in Carbondale that I'll continue to patronize for years.

I have celiac and am very thankful that they make so their food fresh in-house and can easily accommodate my dietary needs. The food is always delicious, the service is always friendly, and the peanut sauce is good enough to eat with a spoon.
