This place has loads of gf options listed on the menu and the server was very knowledgeable. I had the NP3/Pad Woon Sen and so did one of my kids. My gf one definitely came out looking a little different, and was delicious.
The menu was several pages long, but here are two pages so folks can see how many gf options there are.

The meals were well portioned, and they can accommodate for gluten-free on request.
Their service was amazing, our cucumber water never went empty, and my kids were rewarded with a toy each for being "outstanding diners".
