Unfortunately the starter wasn’t gluten free so narrowly averted disaster as one waiter rushed to us to stop me eating it saying the waiter that brought the starters was new and didn’t know! Even though said previous waiter took our order! The food was bland even though we had asked for it to be more spicy. The upstairs was lacking in atmosphere and decor tired. This was a Christmas present so will not go again!
