This bakery makes gluten-free cupcakes that are very good! Check out the website and the “better for you“ cupcakes – a little bit less sweet and gluten-free. I had the pistachio chocolate cupcake, chocolate raspberry, and red velvet BFY cupcakes. The GF sponge was fluffy, soft, and moist. The frosting was delicious – especially the pistachio frosting. The flavor was not artificial at all! The owner was also also very kind and allowed me to pick up when she was closed when I communicated with her.

A true gem for those who are gluten sensitive! From red velvet to Tiramisu, and my favorite crunchy salted caramel with luscious gooey caramel in the middle. OMG! And the cupcakes and the frosting are not overwhelmingly sweet. I have issues eating most other "gluten free or gluten sensitive" desserts but I have faithfully eaten two cupcakes each week (yes, two a week. don't judge) for the last two months. NO REACTION! Run, don't walk. You won't be disappointed!
