Glad we tried The Barrel tonight, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Highlights include; great service (we sat at the bar), very good food for the price point (prime rib sandwich was a home run) and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
A big plus was the care the staff took when they learned one of us had celiac. We eat out often and know gluten allergies are a pain for the staff to manage. The Barrel staff couldn’t have handled this any better!
I rarely give reviews, but The Barrel gave us such a good first impression I had show my appreciation.
