Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly . They’re very accommodating and gluten free options were available which is always helpful. Food was amazing (we will be coming back ) and we didn’t have to wait long even when they were short staffed. They were so hard working and made sure that everyone was satisfied and catered for. Best burgers we’ve had in a long while !!!

Gluten Free Review: TLDR; Amazing burger thats hindered by being a bit too salty, and poor ordering experience for GF, with bizarre options that shouldn’t contain gluten. Conflicted review where Beefy Boys is the best place for a gluten free burger in Bath, however the experience in doing so is old fashioned. I’ve waited until my second visit to do this review as I was hoping these were just teething issues. In short, the ordering process for gluten free is backwards. They don’t have a gluten free menu instead they have a QR code that opens a PDF allergen menu where you can spend 5 minutes cross referencing what you can and cannot eat. Unexpected items like cheese sauce and bacon contain gluten. Additionally they have to call a manager, and the whole process is a fantastic way of making you feel ‘special’. Regarding the burgers, they are close to being amazing. Just one little thing is the salt. There is way too much. Normally I would finish a burger and almost want to have another, however on both occasions there is just too much salt. I’m someone who tends to deliberately over season, but this is going too far. The waiter even mentioned they get a lot of complaints about the salt, but they have a few other branches and probably are reluctant to change. The true test of this business is if anything changes over the next few months. I’ve given them 1 month so far for this review.
