They charge for gluten-free bread as an extra, it's a shame. Gluten-free bread is a necessity, not a whim.

The Carmen restaurant on Calle La Purísima in Valencia is very pleasant. The service and hospitality are excellent. The burgers are very good and juicy, better than other restaurants. My husband and daughter are celiac, and they take special care to avoid cross-contamination and to inform us about gluten-free items on the menu. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. We will definitely return!
