The coffee shop and book store that raised me! I remember the book nook when it truly was just a “nook.” Now, it’s a full fledged coffee shop with the same large and exciting book collection, this time with a full menu for each meal of the day, and beverages (they have a lovely bar).
It is a magical spot, and there is often live music (I love piano days, especially charming when it’s raining)! You’ll find this is the hot spot to gather and chat in town, especially with all the space.
There is room on the patio for sun protection, an out door patio for sun seekers, and the cool inside for those escaping the heat.
**ALSO GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY! GF bread, corn tortillas, cookies, and a cherry buckle that is out of this world!

I got the Turkey BLT with gluten free bread and an Italian soda (raspberry). Both were delicious! The servers were both very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is cool and calm and we stayed for a long while doing home work. Free wifi is available as well. 10/10!
