The Boulevard Bar & Grill

My wife and I looked for a place that had gluten free options. This restaurant was pleasant, simple. She ordered the blackend walleye that I tasted and it was very good, worth 5 stars. However, my double cheese burger that came with bacon, was disappointing! As you can see by the photo the bacon was inedible, burned like a sacrificial offering. When I showed it to the waiter (not the waitress who originally served us and delivered the food) he said he would show it to the kitchen. That was the last i heard and he simply presented us with the bill with no reduction for the burnt offering. 3 stars on the food as a balance between 5 start walleye and 1 star bacon.

Amazing service and special assist in accommodating a vegan friend! They go the extra mile on both the food and the service! Have eaten here twice and will be back. And gluten free fans have a new outstanding option.
