they know their shid. its easy enough to get eggs benedict done correctly, but what makes them stand out is the bread. they know how to bake, which should be a given since bakery is in their name. i don’t know what kinda hippie sunflower type of gluten free bread they’re baking with, but whatever it is its delicious. the eggs benedict were great, ingredients were fresh and portions were large. the berry-cream cheese croissant was ridiculously good though, huge croissant filled with the stuff. once again, they know how to bake
