My cousin ordered a gluten-free item and on the menu it says gluten-free but you have to ask for it to be gluten-free and the waiter did not ask if she wanted it to be gluten-free or not. The bathroom was clean 5/5 The food was very filling 5/5 The wait for the food tho😔 1/5 took over 21 minutes and for me that is to long The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was good 4.5/5 The menu 3/5 only because of the gluten-free thing other than that it was ok Overall not a bad experience for me but the time for the food to come out could be improved better than most restaurants 😁

I am so excited to find a menu that has so many gluten-free options!! I love the bar that they have that you can come in sit quick and eat and that they're actually regulars at the place. Feels like a hometown diner. I would choose this for every breakfast when I eat out

Gluten-free options from my home area, in Indiana, are minimal. To see EVERYTHING can be made gluten-free, made my day. From the cinnamon roll, biscuits & gravy to chicken & waffles, all gluten-free, AMAZING! Service was TOP NOTCH, Kari was the best. To learn about Project Biscuit, this place won my heart. It's a MUST! You won't regret it. Run, don't walk!
