The Buttered Biscuit - The Heights

We came for the gluten free biscuits and they were out but our wonderful server, alexia, had asked the people in the kitchen to bake more. She cares about the customers!!!!

While making a cross country road trip a couple of weeks ago, I googled “best gluten free near me” and The Buttered Biscuit popped up. After looking at the menu, we knew this was the place we HAD to go. Everything is gluten free! And even better than the food was the welcome we received when greeted by Erika! We knew we landed in the right place. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, along with willing to help with recommendations and had a wonderfully positive attitude! How nice to feel that love when you’re so far from home. 💗 The biscuits are like no other gluten free ones I’ve ever had! The butters and jellies to go along with them are incredible! But hands down the best part was the gravy! The chicken is tender and delicious, and again, some of the best gluten free ever! Every single thing we had, we loved. Only regret is we don’t live close to eat here more often!
