The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill (Abbotsford)

My husband and I came for lunch today and recieved amazing service from Alisha, aswell as the bartender. Food tasted super amazing especially as I have a gluten and dairy allergy... Usually hard to find somewhere that accomadates. Definitely my favorite restaurant. Try it if you haven't yet or are debating it.

Menu says they offer GF options, when speaking to the server there’s not a single truly GF option. Fryers are shared, sauces for ‘gf option available’ items have gluten. They had no gf crusts available which I was only informed of 10-15 mins after ordering the only warm food option the server gave me that wouldn’t give me a celiac reaction. The server seemed to do her best but told me there’s no chance of no cross contamination on other options listed in their menu. Really disappointed in the kitchen for having not a single true option available but their menu makes it appear that they do. Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you have any allergies as the kitchen isn’t honest about what’s in the food. Ordered the chicken Cobb salad as the server and the food runner guaranteed it was gluten free and the food runner told me she personally verified it was cooked on a separate grill etc, yet I’m having a gluten reaction to it. Very disappointed.
