The Canadian Brewhouse (Moose Jaw)

Chealsea was absolutely amazing helping us pick out gluten free options and extremely friendly.

We came in as a large group which I know delays time, but the service was unacceptable. It took an hour to even get our food options and we didn’t get many options because of our large group which I understand. When we got our options we didn’t get the chance to ask questions about them so a lot of us ended up getting something we didn’t really want. When we were getting refills our server didn’t bring me mine. So I waited for her to come back in case her hands were full the first time but she didn’t bring anything. So I asked again if I could get a refill. She looked at me sideways and said “another one?” with a lot of attitude. I then tried to explain to her that I never got mine but she walked away. It then took almost an hour to get my lemonade. One of my friends is gluten free so the waiter said she’d bring an appropriate dish. When she came back she was holding a small side salad with no dressing that the rest of us got as a whole meal for my friend. My other friend has a peanut allergy so when the waiter brought a dish and put it right in front of her we all assumed it was the peanut free dish. She then returned after my friend had already began her meal with the “peanut free” dish meant for her. Luckily she was not harmed. An overall bad experience.
