The Castle: Restaurant and Bar

This place is amazing! They have a very cool vibe, while simultaneously exuding a friendly atmosphere that's approachable for casual card gamers and RPG devotees alike. I loved seeing a group of teens enjoying games one table away from the family out for game night and the eight adults engrossed in an intense strategy game. The Castle truly had unique appeal for anyone who enjoys games . . . and I'm fairly certain they have any game you can think of! The food was delicious, with several gluten free options (if anyone is wondering). They have excellent lattes (with df/allergen alternative options) and a refreshing lineup of cocktails. You can enjoy apps, get bottomless popcorn, have a meal, or even order up a plate of fresh house made cookies . . . the menus are even written entertainingly! I highly recommend this place for any size group interested in fun interactive time well spent.

We always loved going to this place before the pandemic. Everyone is SO nice and it’s beyond fun with so many games of all kinds and for all skill sets to choose from (and celiac me LOVES the GF chicken fingers). BUT we just had a VIRTUAL baby shower with them where we played codenames, had a set with a comedian (Stephanie! So funny.), and did trivia (catered to our interests with a bonus baby round). The roughly 50 of us had an INCREDIBLE time and the owners, Ryn & Kevin, hosted and we loved them. They were so funny and engaging. I sound like a mom in this review (well, I’m about to be with the baby shower and all), but for real a perfect afternoon. Super fun for a party, and was perfect for someone like me who doesn’t dig traditional baby showers. Love you guys—THANK YOU!
