The Cellar Wine Bar & Kitchen

I love The Cellar! Staff is always so friendly and the food tastes fresh. I have a gluten allergy and they take it seriously. I always feel safe eating here and it never disappoints. I cant recommend it enough!!

It was our first time at The Cellar and we loved it! They offered a lot of wine suggestions and food pairings. They also had a good gluten free selection.

IF YOU HAVE A CELIAC DO NOT GO HERE. I am someone who has a terrible gluten allergy. I was order a sandwich and asked for it to be made gluten free. It was served on naan bread. When I questioned if it was gluten free, I was told TWICE that it was, and ate most of it. I became increasingly suspicious and finally pushed a third time for the sever to check the package and sure enough, she brought it out to me, and the first ingredient was wheat. The manager came over with a hand wave apology and took the sandwich off my bill. I let her know that because of this I was going to get incredibly sick, and that if someone had celiac they would have to go to the hospital, and she said she would take the sandwich off my bill and just walked away. If I had Celiac, I would be in the hospital right now because of their negligence, poor dietary training, and willingness to LIE about ingredients (until I pushed). I would give zero stars if I could.
