The Chef's Table

We had the tasting menu to celebrate my wife’s birthday in January and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was fantastic, we are both gluten free and they were able to adapt dishes perfectly. Excellent service throughout - even apologised for it being wet outside. We didn’t take the wine pairing (we went at lunchtime), but the wine we had was beautiful - so would certainly be tempted next time, we heard others with the pairing being served and servers sounded very knowledgable. Chef came out to talk to us at the end which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend, we’ll be back for sure.

We were able to get a table easily online and the food was lovely. It was particularly great that they were so knowledgeable and attentive to gluten free diets. I would 100% recommend the venison starter and the lemon soup desert!! Pros Good quality Lots of gluten free options Friendly warm and attentive service (chef even visited us to say hi!!) Cons Didn't play ray Charles despite having the vinyl record (I had to say something 😅)
