A genuinely good place to enjoy a proper coffee along with an excellent quality breakfast or lunch. Also catering well for those of us needing a gluten free menu.
My breakfast GF pancakes with eggs, bacon and syrup were freshly made and just perfect.

We came to The Coffee Apothecary in Ellon for a late breakfast on a friends recommendation, and am so glad we did! What a delightful spot…friendly staff, exceptional food (even homemade gluten free toast!!), and comfy atmosphere. What is even more exceptional are the many ways in which they so very creatively incorporated upcycled items…from the chairs and tables to the flooring and curtains. Well done! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, and the monthly dinners they do as well. (For some reason this review wants to connect with the cafe in Udny, but the review is meant for the one in Ellon)
