I had a roast. They knew about my food intolerances before I arrived as I had rung ahead, but they couldn't care less.
Gave me a plate with items on it I couldn't eat. When I told them, they took the plate back to the kitchen and removed the items, (didn't make a fresh plate) and left bits of things I couldn't eat all over the meal.
The meal was also stone cold. It was disgusting. I didn't eat any of it. Wouldn't eat here again even I was paid to. Lazy incompetent staff.
Oh and they charge a service charge for gluten free (seriously?) - but I was told all the gravy used is gluten free. Coining it in on peoples allergies.

We had a fantastic lunch here for my Birthday. The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. I had an amazing Gluten free Burger. They cater really well for Gluten free, Veggie and Vegan.
