Lindsay makes the best coffee! And is a total delight of a person. I love that The Dez offers gluten-free options and I really love their selection of breakfast sandwiches. They also have custard squares, mochi bread, lamingtons, sausage rolls, and pies. And their charcuterie boards - incredible!

Held an event at Joshua Tree. Needed catering for lunches. Kris and her team was amazing. Easy to work with, very attentive and answered all my questions. They have gluten free and vegetarian options. We got their sandwiches and Buddha bowls. It was delicious! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
