First time there today, food was lovely and value for money, was well impressed with the menu has it had a lot of choice for gluten free meals.

The actual boathouse is a little tired, but boy do they make up for that with the friendliest staff and fabulous food, including vegan and gluten free.
The toilets were clean and the outside space is beautiful. You really can't believe that you're minutes away from the East Lancs Road... A580. The views of the lake and the area beyond give you the feeling that you're in the heart of the countryside.
