We had a "miss" not long ago due to some miscommunication about gluten sensitivity (partly our fault). When we brought it to the restaurant's attention, their response was amazing. There were multiple followup communications from management and ownership, with everything focused on not just an apology for what happened, but a clear desire to learn how to improve communications to prevent any reoccurrence for ANY customer. It is wonderful to deal with people who truly care.
P.S. The food, beverages, service, and atmosphere are all great, and the pricing is fair for what you get.
We'll go back. Heck, we already have!
