The Egg & I / Egg Works

We found our favourite breakfast in Vegas! The menu is endless, it’s not easy to make a choice, and all is delicious. We have tried omelettes, waffles and crepes (they do offer gluten free!!), and everything was just perfect. The fist time we ordered full portions, it’s was way too much! You can order a half and for an average person it’s more than enough. Highly recommend!

We had Kellie and she was the sweetest! I have gluten allergies and she double checked with the kitchen with my questions and very attentive. The chicken enchalada omlette and mexican omlette was the best weve had.

It is a very good place for a typical American breakfast. The stuffed French Toast completely took away the experience, they are very good. And they are very flexible when it comes to preparation, I specifically asked for my dish with 4 eggs and that's how they brought it to me. One thing that gives them a very good advantage over other places is that they offer “Gluten Free” dishes. The coffee took a little while, but it was safe because the place was packed and the atmosphere seemed very busy. The only downside of this establishment is that waiting times can be high and the plaza where they are located does not have varied places to spend the waiting time.
