We love it here. Having Celiacs your options for gluten free restaurants are very limited. Here at The Flats they offer an array of delicious GF and GFA options. They take real good care of me. Plus the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so unique and inviting. A great local place.

Not gluten free as menu advertises. Fryer is shared with gluten items. Beware!

Went for brunch and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. The place was packed, so my party of 2 sat at the bar. It took about 15 minutes to get waters and menus, and 45 minutes to get our order in. I ordered a Bellini which the bartender put orange juice into, and gluten free eggs Benedict. When the orders were being brought out I noticed that there was fried food on the plate - obviously not gluten free. I informed the runner that I had ordered gluten free eggs Benedict and she (with attitude) told me it was gluten free because there was a gluten free bun, I replied that yes that is true but there was a fried tomato on said gluten free bun. It took about 5 minutes of me saying there was no way it was gluten free for them to admit the bartender had rung in my meal wrong - she rang in the eggs Benedict 675 instead of the traditional. It then took another 20 minutes for my remade meal to be brought out, the other person I was with was done eating by that point, and I got another peach Bellini that was made with orange juice and handed to the person I was with rather than me. Also, when the bartender ID’d me she said “I just wanted to see how far off I was” with a look of surprise on her face - who knows if that was meant in a good way or what.
