The coffee was very nice. However, this was a very disappointing visit. My 5 year old daughter, who has coeliac disease, was looking forward to an ice-cream as it is the one thing she is always able to enjoy. However,we were told that all the ice-cream there (Mrs Dowson's) contains wheat which we have never come across before. It isn't difficult to get ice-cream that doesn't contain gluten. We paid for a gluten free chocolate muffin instead to then be told that there were none in stock so she was left disappointed twice. Not a very inclusive cafe so will not return for this reason.
