The Fourpence Cafe & Shop

Lovely, quirky little cafe with an added bonus of being dog friendly. Although limited, there were gluten-free options on the menu, and the food was very yummy. Their homemade limeaid was also very good.

Lovely cafe with delicious food and lots of choice on the menu; including gluten free options! The baked sweet potato was perfect & the lentil, spinach & mushroom filling was a welcome change to the standard potato fillings. My partner had the cheese & coleslaw sandwich which he really enjoyed & said was a change to the standard cheese savoury option you normally get. We both had desserts I had the nutty & chocolate bread pudding which was absolutely delicious, with a perfect consistency. My partner has the sticky toffee puddin, it didn't last long as he enjoyed it so much. Jane & Sam are very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic service. We will definitely be back next time we're in Ulverstone!
