This is a lovely pub. We had booked a table in advance using the online booking service on the pub website. We ordered our meals and they arrived promptly. We had crispy cod and prawns, which was new on the menu, and a large haddock in beer batter with minted mushy peas and proper tartare sauce. Both meals were gluten-free and both were absolutely delicious. The bar staff and table staff were all really friendly. All in all an excellent lunch experience and highly recommended. There is a good sized outdoor seating area and the pub has its own car park. Many other gluten-free options are available on the extensive menu.
