I haven't been to the fox in years, it's had ups and downs in the 40 years I've lived in Bromley. I heard about newish ownership and met a friend for lunch this week.
I'm outraged, because now I'm going to struggle going anywhere else again!
Jen and colleagues at the bar were wonderful, the place is stylish, cosy and immaculately clean. We sat by the log fire and were given wines to try before selecting something special for the birthday occasion.
Our classic burgers were superb, gluten-free options (I need as a coeliac) exceeded my expectations. A big bonus there.
We eventually left on a high, so glad we visited. We'll be back!
