If you’re looking for a great spot in Stillwater that actually delivers on flavor and gluten-free options, The Garage is hard to beat. Their gluten-free bun is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — soft, not crumbly, and it pairs perfectly with their bison patty. That combo alone is worth the visit. Another huge win is their queso fries. The queso drizzle is gluten-free, which is something I always have to double-check at other places. Knowing I can enjoy them without worry makes the experience even better. On top of the food, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to minimize cross-contamination concerns. They’re knowledgeable, careful, and genuinely make you feel taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that nails both taste and safety, but The Garage absolutely does. Highly recommend!
