Absolutely loved my visit to Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery! I had their gluten-free cauliflower crust Supreme pizza—and it was delicious. As someone with highly symptomatic celiac disease, I’m extremely sensitive to gluten, but I had zero symptoms afterward, which speaks volumes about their kitchen’s attention to cross-contamination.
The pizza was very rich and filling—next time, we’ll definitely share one between two people. Luckily, the leftovers are perfect to take home! At $23 per pizza, it’s not exactly cheap, but absolutely worth every penny for the quality, taste, and peace of mind. Great food, great atmosphere, and celiac-safe—highly recommend!
