I had a truly outstanding experience at The Grove Kitchen + Bar and can’t speak highly enough of it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming and relaxed — the perfect setting for brunch with friends or a leisurely catch-up. The staff were attentive, friendly and clearly committed to making our visit special. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Every dish delivered on flavour, freshness and creativity. It was evident the kitchen cares about ingredients and does the hard work to make simple things taste amazing. Whether you’re after hearty classics or something lighter, they hit the mark. The coffee was excellent too — rich, smooth and a great start to the meal. What also stood out was how inclusive the menu is. There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options that don’t feel like afterthoughts. This attention to detail truly elevated the experience. Being able to dine comfortably with a dietary requirement is such a win. Finally, the little touches: the clean interior, the comfortable seating, the friendly banter from staff — they all add up to a place where you feel taken care of, not just served. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to family, friends and anyone looking for a top-tier café/bar experience in the area. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended!

The best coffee, food and atmosphere in the Mount Cotton and Redland Bay Area. We love chatting with everyone (the friendliness of the staff is a highlight), but I’d like to call out one of the baristas in particular - Sam. She is a ray of sunshine who brightens our mood and day. She is an asset to the business who keeps us coming back time and again. We look forward to our regular coffee at The Grove. It’s great for lunch or morning tea (lots of gluten free options) and it’s also a relaxed place for business meetings. Highly recommend the Gold Harvest Fritter Feast with poached eggs. It’s my go-to for breakfast or brunch. For lunch, I love The Grove Sifnos Salad with its slow-cooked, marinated lamb. Absolutely delish!
