I have ordered from Hobos numerous times and used to work there for five years. Almost every time I order from them now, something goes wrong with my takeout order. I requested a gluten-free pizza and specified that I am a vegetarian and requested that the chicken be removed from my specialty pizza. After I get home, I discover that my pizza contains shredded chicken, so I cannot pick it off. In a follow-up call, the same girl answered and suggested I return in 20 minutes to pick up another pizza or receive a credit. Since I live 1 minute away, I asked if it could be delivered and she informed me that they do not deliver takeout orders. In the past, they did so on a regular basis when orders were messed up on their end... It is understandable that rules change, however, you would think they would be more accommodating following a significant inconvenience for a loyal customer. In general, I do not write reviews, however after this has happened multiple times, I am extremely upset after coming here for my entire life.
