Exceptionally delicious as always! Her food makes me do a happy dance every time we visit! The potatoes are perfect! Some of the eggs are local, and you can upgrade to a fresh duck egg!!! (*BONUS* Duck eggs are higher in protein and omega fatty acids while also being lower in LDL cholesterol!) She also has several gluten-free substitutions to choose from. To top off the entire meal, every plate is served with a piece of homemade chocolate! We LOVE our Hen's Nest!!!
