The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Desert Ridge

We started our night waiting 20 minutes to order even tho there were only two more tables with people. I ordered the New York steak medium and my dad ordered the prime rib medium rare. after 30 minutes of waiting the food finally arrived almost well done and when tasted the steak I was like this is the worst steak I ever ate in a restaurant. Two weeks ago I ate a steak from the supermarket and the taste was similar, the prime rib was fine but nothing special. The waitress was impossible to contact with and we didn’t get enough attention which made us wait a lot of time for the bill as well. At least they have a variety of gluten free and vegan options.

Welp. Went here on a date night with my wife and took a chance on them again about a year after last time we came and I was sent to the ER with celiac reaction and food poisoning from their chicken wings. Went there last night and split their lobster and filet mignon with my wife and we were both woken up in the middle of the night with the overwhelming feeling of nausea. Spent all of last night vomiting and running to the restroom. Whoever is in charge of food quality there needs to be fired. This is unacceptable for a $200 meal and not to mention how terribly rude our waitress was to us but was super bubbly and kind to the salesmen sitting in the table directly behind us. We still tipped her well, but having terrible treatment, and at least expecting the food to be safe now after the kegs failure last year and being let down again, I’ll never be going back there and I recommend nobody else go there either.
