The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Vaughan Mills

Phenomenal experience! I usually find that I’m disappointed at steakhouses because I can make a great steak at home, but our experience today was beyond our expectations! My partner and I each had our own steak dinner—he a strip and I a filet. They were cooked to perfection and so tender. We’ve been to other Keg locations before, but this one is our favourite by far!! We also wanted to give a special shout out to our server. We do not remember her name, but she served us at table 16 at around 830-930pm on Sunday July 13th, and she was impeccable! She was very very kind, helpful, and understanding. My partner has celiac disease and she went out of her way to ensure that he was able to have a positive gluten-free experience. I hope this info helps identify her as I would like her great work to be acknowledged. Will definitely be back!!

The staff, as always was very accommodating and attentive to food allergies. I have celiac and allergies to certain components of dairy. I didn't want to confuse my server with small nuances, but was appreciative rather than annoyed every time I was asked about my butter being safe for me (it lacks what I'm sensitive to). Thankfully, they were able to move our party to a less cramped space, but despite having reservations for a birthday gathering, our seating arrangement was quite awkward.

My daughter and I have a tradition of coming to the Keg for Christmas Eve dinner. This was our first time at the Vaughan location (usually we go to Midtown) and we were not disappointed. Dylan was our server and from the begining he was amazing, so attentive and chatty. My drink wasn’t made to my liking and right away he brought me another one and even comped the first one. He was very sensitive to the fact that I’m gluten sensitive and answered all my annoying questions without hesitation. He always checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our meals which we were. I’ve always had good service at the keg but Dylan went above and beyond.
