The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Windermere

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. With a celiac and a shellfish allergy at the table there were plenty of gluten free options to choose from. Our server, with a very unique name (I'm sorry P, I forget how to say/spell it), was engaging and attentive. After ordering the manager came to verify our orders and dietary needs. He was very on top of things despite it being a fully packed restaurant that evening. While we enjoying our appetizers the head chef came to our table to assure us further of the steps taken to protect our meals from cross contamination. We were all VERY impressed with the care and attention to details the whole team demonstrated at this Keg location. I would add a 5 ⭐ rating for their allergy/gluten awareness and preparation. Very few restaurants/bars claim to have "GF" options, which usually turn out to be wings (certainly not all locations, including this one unfortunately 😉), nachos, and tossing sandwiches/burgers into a gluten free bun. It was refreshing to have several GF options and observe the care taken in providing us our meals in the safest possible way. Thank you. 🙏 👍

Service is always exceptional, food is great as expected. The chef came out to check about my gluten-free request and everything was great.
