Went here with my Mum for afternoon tea a few months ago. The staff could not have been better. I have a gluten intolerance and they were very careful at making sure my food wasn't cross contaminated by baking my scone separately (without asking) Makes a huge difference when you don't feel like you're being a pain to be catered for! The food was delicious and service exceptional. Would recommend as somewhere allergen friendly.
(I didn't stay over so that's why I haven't rated rooms)

Decor a bit like a Christmas scene with lots of sparkle everywhere but super staff and excellent food. Very helpful and accommodating for the very fussy eaters in our party with vegan and gluten free needs too.
