What an amazing ice creamery. Not only is the ice cream one of the best, the cookies they make are spectacular. Even the gluten free cookies got raves. We live in Australia, but planned our trip around visits to the Mint Fox. It’s that good. Don’t be taken in by the other ice cream shops closer on the strip - those are just your typical Herseys or some other brand. Mint Fox brings theirs in from a dairy in Wisconsin and you can instantly tell the quality difference. If the seasonal Key Lime Cheesecake is in, I can’t recommend it enough. These guys rock, and I wish I could get ice cream this good in Australia. My family ranges from 13 to 84 years old and everyone loved it.
