Made to feel as if had done something wrong, when didn't receive an email asking for prebooking off the festive menu. Had to wait, what felt like an entire life time to be served. Upon receiving our carvey tickets, the food itself was good and the carver was lovely and helpful. The gluten free gravy took that long to be prepared our food was cold, although complimentary drinks were offered the service got worse. After finally collecting our empty plates we had to hunt down the waiters to get our desserts, after waiting for over 45 minutes. Desserts were then brought out promptly.

Went last minute for a meal with friends was greeted at the door and shown to our table bang on time staff were really friendly 5 star service from Anne the hostess couldn't do enough from extra seat at the table to sort our gluten free food menu too and even changed the pudding for grandad cos of his indecisive Ness. Met Danny too the over all manager and chef for the day who also helped cater our needs. We'll run family food establishment overall highly recommend
