This place is amazing in every way. Service, decor, and the food….oh my goodness the food!!! We went for brunch and all the food we had was SOOOO good. We were dying over every single bite and sip. Here’s the rundown…never have I ever had apple cider with whip cream and cinnamon on top, but it was delicious. The frittata, thick and fluffy eggs with ham and grilled red peppers, best frittata ever and the greens that came with it were high quality with just the right amount of dressing. The cheesesteak was amazing, the roll seemed freshly baked and I like how the cheese is mixed in with the steak and it has the perfect amount of thinly sliced onions such that they don’t overpower the flavor or the texture. Tomato bisque soup was also very good. Chocolate chip cookies were bomb even being gluten free, and lastly they know Utah soda culture - pebble ice and a well thought out selection at the fountain (DP, DDP, C, CZ, and DC). Go as soon as you can because this place is going to have long line once the word gets out.
