There were a lot of menu items that I couldn't try because I am gluten-free, but the items I ate were not good. For $49.99. I was expecting better. Service was outstanding, but I did not like having 15% gratuity automatically added to a party of two. We were dining in an area with a lot of noise between a screaming toddler and a patron that was overstimulated. The next morning, I felt sick (more than likely from cross-contimination). There are a number of seafood options at the beach, and this one just missed the mark.

Absolutely exceptional! Check the website before you go so you know when it opens, but be prepared to wait... because you'll either be there early and wait, or you'll wait in line. It's that good. Once inside, it's tastefully decorated with a seafaring ambiance. The buffet has 107 items available and at least one prepared on demand area (I had delicious pasta made in front of me, with my choice of additions). Total transparency, the vegetable options were nothing to write home about, even when down southern style of making them into casseroles, smothering in cheese, or frying them 🤣... you're here for the crab legs; so head straight there. Lol. The calabash style hush puppies are amazinf. They have many, many options for dessert, including at least one sugar-free item and at least one gluten-free item, in addition to soft serve ice cream. Our table took several options and shared a bite of each and hands down the "Benjamin" was easily the best; it's basically a blondie and was delicious. This place is now a requirement anytime we're in town. One of the few meals you buy on vacation that is worth the hefty price tag.
