Yum, pizza. Especially when you can't have wheat or gluten. Except for the run of the mill GF crust, it was wonderful. Delicious, hot, perfectly seasoned. I wish places like this had more freedom to make fluffy, wood stove GF pizza crust that's so doable these days but alas. Nevertheless I'll bring the kids next time and get pictures!
