The Primitive Waffle Cavé

I am so grateful for this place as someone who lives in southern UT and is allergic to Wheat. Everything is gluten-free. Please support this local business!!

It's a really cute location, and the staff is very kind. We arrived and purchased some scones, but we ran out of time to try their waffles. Their scones were absolutely delicious (my favorite was the raspberry white chocolate). They are an entirely gluten-free establishment, which was excellent, as a member of our party has Celiac Disease. I'm currently planning to return and try their waffles. I'll update the review when I get the chance, but based on my wonderful experience so far, I have high hopes!

I have celiac disease and saw this cute place on my map when looking up gluten free on my way back from St George to Salt Lake. I haven’t been able to find many fully dedicated gluten free places since living in Utah so this was a real treat! Everything was so good and the staff was so kind! I really enjoyed the kids corner for my 2 year old, he was having lots of fun! Will definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area:)
