We had another visit today (26/10/23). It’s good that the pub has reopened with a new very friendly landlord. The menu is quite small but the food and drinks were good. Well worth a visit

We visited on a Thursday lunch time to find new owners who had recently taken over the pub. Both were very friendly. It’s a small menu with a few specials but the food is good and most is either gluten free or low gluten. The lamb cutlets were delicious as were the home made puddings. It’s not far from Bristol, in a good place for interesting walks and has ample parking.

Family friendly, super welcoming pub under new management. Very considerate and attention to detail to gluten free food. Nice Sunday roast, very good catering for kids and lovely cauliflower cheese. It was too cold to sit outside but the terrace looked great.
